“Saby” Non-Commercial Organization Private Charitable Foundation

The Foundation was established in 2002 on the basis of the provision of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights of the United Nations that “children shall have a right to special care and assistance”. Thus, the main principle of activity of the Foundation is:

• Health of children and their physical development;
• Spirituality and accessibility of education.

Having directed its activity to the most vulnerable layers of population, the “Saby” Foundation renders assistance to orphans and children left without parents’ care, talented children from disadvantaged families, children with severe health problems, as well as to people with physical disabilities.

The Foundation carries out its large-scale work within the framework of developed and approved projects such as: “Educational Project”, “Medical Project”, “Sport – Health – Achievements”, “Decent Life for Disabled Persons” , "Youth Project" and "Alem - The support program of young talents"  based on the principles of targeting and transparency. The Foundation submits reports to benefactors and trustees.

The staff of the “Saby” Foundation is a small, close-knit team interested in its work and directed by the President – Assel Imangaliyevna Tasmagambetova.
