Mission of the “Alem” Program is to support talented children, teenagers, young boys and girls, whose number in Kazakhstan is certainly considerable.
Unfortunately, children not always have an opportunity to show their best qualities and unique native abilities and to demonstrate them to those people who can appraise a talent and recommend the way of its development and application.
